Our fairy light canopies are the highlight of these designs, and they need a consistent plug source to stay glowing through the evening. We bring the 6x6 or 8x8 frame, comfortable mattresses, and cushions, but knowing where your nearest socket is helps us set up without running long extension cords across your space. When we plan these terrace transformations, we look at the space as a blank canvas. The goal is to move away from stiff chairs and tables to something more relaxed. Our setup focuses on floor seating with soft mattresses and piles of cushions, which naturally encourages people to sit back and talk rather than stand around. ### The Setup Process We typically start with a 6x6 or 8x8 frame that acts as the anchor for the entire canopy. We drape dense, warm-white fairy lights over the top and sides, which completely changes how the space feels once the sun goes down. It creates that private, intimate glow that you just can't get with regular house lighting. ### Practical Details - **Weather:** These setups are open-air. If you are planning this during the monsoon or very windy months, we recommend checking your terrace cover or having a backup indoor room just in case. - **Customization:** While we have standard packages, we love adding personal touches. If you have a specific color theme for the cushions or want us to integrate specific photos or balloons, just let us know when you book. - **Setup Time:** For an average terrace setup, we usually need about 60 to 90 minutes to get the frame, lighting, and seating perfectly in place. We love doing these because they are genuinely intimate. Whether it is a small birthday gathering or just a dinner under the stars, our focus is on making sure the setup feels warm and welcoming. ## About Celebration Management We're Celebration Management, and we believe your rooftop is the best venue in the city.
