We use weighted structures for our fairy light canopies and secure lighting setups so everything stays perfectly in place, even on breezy evenings, while our low-height seating ensures your guests remain comfortable without obscuring the view. Creating a magical vibe outdoors is all about managing the light and the flow of the space. Whether it is a small garden birthday or a rooftop anniversary dinner, we start by mapping out the footprint to ensure the cabana frame fits your specific terrace dimensions. ### Our Outdoor Setup Process * **Lighting & Canopy:** We drape 15 to 20 strings of fairy lights to create a warm, festival-like glow. These are not just decorative; they are rigged to ensure safety and stability throughout the night. * **Comfortable Seating:** We use mattresses and soft throw pillows for that relaxed, bohemian feel. Since we use low-height wooden crate tables, the setup feels intimate and encourages guests to sit back and relax. * **Ambiance:** We add touches like artificial floral vines, paper lanterns, and LED candles to create a complete sensory experience. ### Practical Considerations When booking an outdoor setup, please consider a few logistical details. Access to a power point is essential for the fairy lights and neon signs. If the weather forecast is unpredictable, we recommend a backup plan or a covered area, as high wind and heavy rain can impact the fabric canopies and decor. Our team handles the installation and takedown, so you do not have to worry about the cleanup. We bring the sparkle; you just need to provide the space and the guests. ## About Celebration Management We are Celebration Management, and we love turning your empty terrace into a cozy party spot.
