I don't just reset your system; I verify your router settings, update your mobile app, and ensure your remote access is stable, so you aren't left looking at a blank screen when you need to check your property. Most people call me when their previously working remote view suddenly stops. This usually happens because of an IP conflict on your home router or a firmware update that went wrong. I handle the entire chain—from resetting your DVR or NVR admin passwords to configuring the specific app like Hik-Connect or gCMOB on your phone. Whether you are using a Hikvision, CP Plus, or Dahua system, the process involves re-mapping your network settings and ensuring your mobile device has the correct permissions. For businesses, I also set up secondary user accounts so your staff can monitor specific areas without having full admin access. If your setup involves a static IP or requires port forwarding changes, I take care of that, too. My goal is to make sure you have reliable, 24/7 access to your live feed. ## About Devizta Solution I am the team at Devizta Solution, based right here in Chandni Chowk.
