# My Coaching Philosophy: Building Better Cricketers

## About The Coach's Method: My Approach to Cricket

You will often see me using simple props like a ball tucked under the elbow or a T-cone during practice. It might look basic, but these small, immediate corrections fix technical flaws, like an unstable backlift, before they become bad habits. I do not believe in massive overhauls. I believe in consistent, small adjustments that stick.

### The Foundation of My Coaching

I treat every student differently because every player's biomechanics are unique. Whether you are at our Andheri ground or training at our Kurla academy, my approach stays the same. We break down the game into its most fundamental parts.

**1. Technical Precision**
Cricket is a game of angles and timing. If your stance is off by a few inches, your shot selection suffers. We use video analysis to show you exactly where your footwork goes wrong or why your head position is affecting your balance. It is about removing the clutter and focusing on the core movement.

**2. Mental Resilience**
Skill is only half the battle. You have to handle pressure. In our match-simulation drills, I put players in game-defining scenarios, like chasing a specific target in limited balls. This helps you learn how to control your heart rate and maintain focus when the game is on the line.

**3. Physical Conditioning**
As a certified Sports Fitness Trainer, I integrate conditioning into cricket training. We do not just run laps. We work on the specific agility required for quick singles, diving in the field, or the explosive power needed for a fast bowling action.

**The 'No-Nonsense' Path**
I am not here to change who you are as a player, but to refine how you perform. My sessions are for those who are ready to sweat, listen, and apply feedback immediately. If you want to put in the work, I will provide the path.
