I don't just watch you bowl; we use spot markers, video reviews, and high-intensity drills to isolate your technical flaws. If you are struggling with your release point or looking to add extra pace, we will fix it on the ground, not in a classroom. We focus on the small adjustments in your run-up and jump that lead to big results. Cricket is a game of repetition and focus. In my academy, we don't believe in shortcuts. ### Fast Bowling: Rhythm & Pace For pacers, it starts with the run-up. If your rhythm is off, your delivery will never be consistent. We use high-speed bowling machines to help you acclimate to pace and heavy balls to build shoulder strength. My drills focus on a smooth, aggressive jump and a clean follow-through. We don't just want you to bowl fast; we want you to bowl with control. ### Spin Bowling: Turn & Deception Spin is all about the release. Whether you are an off-spinner or left-arm orthodox, we work on your drift and the subtle changes in your grip. I encourage my spinners to use the crease to create angles. It’s not just about spinning the ball; it’s about making the batsman guess what is coming next. ### Match Simulations You can bowl perfectly in the nets, but can you do it under pressure? I run Kanga League-style match simulations where you have to defend a total or target specific areas against set batsmen. This builds the temperament you need for real matches. We work on your ability to handle nerves and stay disciplined, even when the pressure is on. ### Injury Prevention I see too many talented bowlers sidelined by poor mechanics. If you are coming back from an injury, we start by fixing the cause—often a bad delivery stride or uneven loading. We rebuild your strength step-by-step so you can return to the field stronger than before. *Koshish karna hai* (We have to try).
