In our sessions, the shift happens when they realize that understanding their body architecture makes getting dressed in the morning fun again, rather than a daily chore. I treat every client story as a roadmap for what is possible when you stop settling. Whether it is a busy mother struggling to find time for herself or someone simply bored of a closet full of clothes they hate, my goal is to strip away the anxiety. We do not just look at clothes. We look at why you choose them. We start with the body shape diagnosis and color theory to take the guesswork out of shopping. Once you know exactly which necklines and silhouettes flatter your frame, you stop buying things that sit in your closet with the tags still on. The process is entirely virtual, meaning we can work together from anywhere. My focus is on three key areas of change: 1. Body Architecture: Understanding your shape so you can highlight your favorite features. 2. Color Theory: Identifying the colors that make you look energized, not drained. 3. Wardrobe Purpose: Ensuring every item you own serves a function and makes you feel good. Clients often tell me that the biggest surprise is not how much better they look, but how much lighter they feel when they finally clear out the clothes that were dragging them down.
