## About From Our Kitchen to You: The Making Of

We do not believe in mass-produced, pre-cooked batches that sit on a shelf. When you place an order, our chefs start from scratch—chopping fresh produce, searing your protein, and tossing your salad—so it reaches you exactly as it should taste, not soggy or wilted.

### Our Kitchen Philosophy
We started in 2016 because we were tired of the 'healthy food is punishment' narrative. We realized that for healthy eating to actually become a habit, it has to taste like a treat. That is why our kitchen workflow is designed around one rule: fresh preparation.

### What Happens After You Order
1. **The Prep:** We do not keep half-chopped veggies or pre-mixed sauces. When your order hits our ticket system, that is when the magic starts.
2. **The Craft:** Whether it is our Signature Gourmet Sandwiches or our Power-Packed Salads, every ingredient is handled to maintain its texture. That means your lettuce stays crisp, your paneer stays soft, and your dressings are packed separately so your meal does not arrive as a soggy mess.
3. **The Pack:** We use sturdy, eco-friendly packaging that is specifically designed to keep your food at the right temperature until it reaches your door.

### Transparency You Can Taste
We know you care about what you eat. Whether you are tracking macros for a fitness goal, observing a vrat (fast), or just want a quick, nutritious lunch, we believe you deserve to know the process. No preservatives, no shortcuts, and definitely no fake stuff. Just real food prepared by people who love to eat as much as you do.

## About Caterspoint

We started Caterspoint because we were tired of choosing between boring salads and oily treats. We are a team of foodies who actually eat what we make, crafting everything fresh the moment you hit order.
