## About Global Portfolio: Zanzibar, Bali & Beyond

We do not export a single style. Instead, we export a way of thinking. Working on projects across Zanzibar and Bali has taught us that the best architecture respects the local rhythm, materials, and climate. When you hire us for a project, we apply this same rigorous site analysis to your property, ensuring your space feels grounded in its environment rather than dropped into it.

Our international portfolio is defined by the dialogue between a structure and its land. In Zanzibar, we faced a coastal climate that demanded specific ventilation strategies and durable, locally sourced materials like coral brick. In Bali, we integrated the work of multiple specialists, including landscape artists, master carpenters, and local builders, to ensure the pavilions sat naturally within the terraced topography. This global exposure informs our work in India as well. Whether we are planning a villa in Alibaug or a home in the Himalayas, we bring the same discipline to the table. We test proportions through full-scale on-site mock-ups, collaborate with local artisans, and let the land define the built form. We believe that good design is universal. It is about understanding the sun, the wind, and the way a material ages over time. By maintaining this consistent, process-driven approach, we help clients create homes that are not just visually engaging, but deeply resilient and connected to their surroundings.

## About Case Design

We are Case Design, a Mumbai-based studio that believes architecture should be shaped by the landscape, not the other way around. We treat every site, whether local or international, as a unique opportunity to build something that feels both considered and permanent.
