In the video, you can see how we roll, hammer, and weld these forms to create a unique sculpture. This process allows us to control the exact texture and finish, ensuring your piece possesses a character that mass-produced items lack. At Casa Creations, we view metal as a medium for sculpture rather than just a construction material. When you commission a piece, you are not choosing from a catalog. You are dictating the dimensions, the gauge, and the final aesthetic. Whether it is an abstract floor sculpture or a laser-cut screen, the journey begins with CAD drawings. We use SS 304 grade stainless steel for its durability and corrosion resistance, essential for maintaining the integrity of your decor over time. The PVD titanium coating process is applied in-house to achieve finishes like antique brass, champagne gold, or matte black. This coating creates a hard, wear-resistant surface that protects the metal while providing a sophisticated look. Our team handles everything from the initial site measurement to the final installation, ensuring the alignment and anchoring are precise.
