Take Samridhi Dhingra, for instance, a 12-year-old student who trained with us and successfully made it to the Delhi Women’s Under 15 Team. We focus on the fundamentals during daily practice, specifically preparing students for the pressure and demands of competitive domestic cricket. ### Building the Next Generation of Cricketers Our coaching approach is direct and focused on tangible progress. We do not believe in shortcuts. Instead, we use video analysis and disciplined training cycles to refine your technique in both our indoor facility in Sector 10 and our outdoor turf wickets in Sector 74. ### The Path from Nets to State Teams We guide students from their first net session to league-level competition. Players like Anshul, who progressed to the HPCA Cooch Behar Trophy, demonstrate that consistency at our academy leads to real-world selection. Our coaches focus on mental toughness as much as physical skill, ensuring you are ready for match-day pressure. ### Empowering Women’s Cricket We are particularly proud of our dedicated women's cricket batches. By providing a supportive environment and high-quality coaching, we are helping players break through to state-level squads and win tournaments, as seen with our sponsored UTCA Chandigarh teams. ### Our Philosophy You will often hear us say 'Seedhe bat se khelo' on the field. It is a reminder that excellence comes from mastering the basics. Whether you are aiming for the Ranji Trophy or just want to improve your fitness, our training environment is built to help you achieve your personal best. Every error is just a chance to improve, and we are here to support that process. ## About Carpe Diem We treat our academy like a family because cricket is about more than just a score. Whether you are a total beginner or an aspiring pro, we focus on hard work, discipline, and building your confidence to perform under pressure.
