During our technique sessions at our Sector 10 indoor facility or our Sector 74 outdoor grounds, we use video analysis to break down your stance and swing in real time. It is about understanding the geometry of your shot, not just repeating the motion until you are tired. When you make a mistake, we don't fixate on the miss, we fix the process that led to it. Technique is built on consistent, deliberate practice. Our coaching philosophy at Carpe Diem centers on identifying the small, technical errors that hold players back from reaching the next level. Whether you are a junior player just learning the cover drive or a senior cricketer refining your bowling action, our sessions are structured to address your specific needs. ### The Coaching Process Our sessions are overseen by Head Coach Rakesh Sharma, a current Ranji Trophy coach, ensuring you get professional-grade guidance. We focus on: * **Fundamental Drills:** Repetitive, high-quality practice for batting and bowling basics. * **Video Analysis:** We film your technique in the nets so you can see your body position, hip rotation, and bat speed. Seeing is believing, and it helps you make faster adjustments. * **Match Simulation:** We don't just train in isolation. We set field placements and situational targets to replicate the pressure of a real match. ### Where We Train We provide two distinct environments to help you grow: * **Indoor Academy (Sector 10):** Perfect for year-round focus. The climate-controlled arena has automated bowling machines and artificial turf, allowing you to work on your technique even when it rains or gets too hot. * **Outdoor Academy (Sector 74):** Here, we simulate real game conditions using professional-grade turf pitches and floodlights. This is where we bring it all together, focusing on match scenarios and large-scale fielding drills. Our approach is simple: work hard, play hard, and keep the energy high.
