Whether it is a fifer or a crucial match-winning partnership, we track these stats to help your child understand that growth comes from real, on-field application, not just theory. Every award displayed here is earned through grit, not gifted. Cricket is a game of mindset, not just batting and bowling. When we celebrate a win or a 'Player of the Match' award, we are not just cheering for the score. We are highlighting the discipline it took to get there. Our players train at our Sector 74 facility in Noida, where the focus is on bridging the gap between practice nets and competitive, high-pressure match situations. Our Under-12 Cricket League is built on this very philosophy. We select 52 top talents based on trials, not by fee payments. If a child makes the cut, they get to experience a professional setup with leather balls, qualified umpires, and app-based scoring. This creates a realistic environment where they learn to handle both victory and defeat. We emphasize that loss is just a lesson. Even in the matches where the results do not go our way, we analyze the performance and talk about what went wrong. This is how we build resilient cricketers. If you are looking for an academy in Noida that treats the maidan as a classroom for life, our doors are open. ## About Carpediem Cricket Academy I am Shivam Sharma, and I believe cricket is about how you think, not just how you bat or bowl. We don't just run drills at Carpe Diem; we prepare kids for the pressure of the match. If you want a setup where your child learns to value hard work and performance, come see us at Sector 74.
