It is about the 15-minute interaction where I sketch your guest—whether it is a friend, family member, or colleague—and capture their vibe. I come fully equipped with my markers and paper, so all you need to provide is a small corner space for me to work, and I handle the rest of the entertainment. I have been drawing caricatures for over 25 years, starting from my BFA degree days. My work is not about making weird drawings, but about capturing that 'dil loot liya' (stole the heart) moment when someone sees their sketch for the first time. ### How I Work at Events I am based in Delhi NCR but travel PAN India for bookings. When you hire me for a wedding, corporate party, or exhibition, I need minimal setup—just a chair and a little space for my portable easel. I sketch fast, roughly 15 minutes per person, ensuring I can accommodate as many guests as possible during your function. ### The 'Mehnat' (Hard Work) Behind the Art Each caricature is done by hand. I use high-quality permanent markers and brush pens to get that bold, expressive look. For weddings or special corporate functions, I can also prepare custom wooden slices or larger prints ahead of time if you want to give out premium mementos. ### Why Choose Live Sketching? It breaks the ice. People love watching the process. It is not just a gift; it is a live performance. Whether you need a caricature artist for a mehendi function, a brand promotion at an exhibition, or a fun birthday party, I bring the same energy. If you have a clear idea, I can also integrate props or specific attire into the sketch to make it even more personalized. ## About Kamal Kaku I am Kaku, a BFA artist who has spent over 25 years turning faces into cartoons. The real reward for me is seeing that reaction when a guest sees their drawing and says it is 'bahut achha banaya hai'. Whether it is a wedding in Delhi or a corporate fest anywhere in India, I bring my markers and just draw.
