We take over the planning so you actually get to eat at your own party. Whether it is a small home puja or a big wedding, we bring our own FSSAI-registered kitchen standards to your venue, ensuring every dish is handled with the same care as our first. ### Why Gurgaon Trusts Us We have spent over 10 years in the Gurgaon party scene, and we know that the biggest fear for any host is that they will spend the entire event in the kitchen or coordinating with staff instead of talking to guests. We built our service to solve this. When you read our reviews, you will see a common theme: clients telling us they finally felt like guests at their own parties. ### More Than Just Food Catering is about logistics as much as taste. We handle the setup, the serving, and the cleanup. * **FSSAI Registered:** Your health and safety are our priority. We maintain strict hygiene standards across all our events, from small drop-off orders to massive, multi-day weddings. * **Customization:** We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. If you need a Navratri vegetarian spread, a specific regional thali for Lohri, or a live chaat counter for a Holi party, we adapt our menu to fit your vibe. * **Experience:** With over 20,000 successful dinners served, we have encountered almost every type of venue restriction and guest requirement. We know how to keep hot food hot and how to manage tight spaces. ### Our Promise When we say we handle the chaos, we mean it. We provide the equipment, the staff, and the cleanup crew. You tell us the guest count and the theme, and we take care of the rest. We want you to remember the flavors of the night, not the stress of the preparations. ## About Captain Joe We have spent over a decade in Gurgaon’s party scene, from intimate family dinners to loud, fun weddings. We realized early on that hosts were often too busy checking on guests to enjoy the food themselves, so we built our service to fix exactly that.
