I don’t believe in overnight perfection, just consistent, weird, fun movement. If you are looking to start your own flow journey, I always recommend getting a soft practice staff to save your knuckles and your floor while you figure out the basics. ### Behind the Polished Performance Most of what you see on stage—the fire spinning, the LED trails—is the result of hundreds of hours of 'oops, I dropped it' moments at home. My journey with flow arts didn't start in a big studio; it started in 2022 when I needed a way to move through some messy times. I picked up a stick, and it became my meditation. ### Why Practice is the Real Magic Whether I am prepping for a corporate gig in Bengaluru or just flowing on my terrace at dusk, the foundation is the same. I want this space to be a reminder that you don't need a fancy setup to start. You just need curiosity. - **Start Small:** My early videos are proof that you look a bit silly when you start.
