You do not need to be a top athlete to start. We focus on natural movement—animal walks, rhythm, and partner drills—that gets everyone laughing and moving together within minutes. Whether it is an office team or a group of friends, the goal is to leave the session with better energy than when you arrived. ### What to Expect in Our Workshops We break down the barriers of traditional exercise. A typical workshop is not about lifting weights or hitting pads; it is about the 'Roda'—a circle where participants play, sing, and support each other. * **Movement & Flow:** We start with accessible animal walks that loosen up joints, making it safe and fun for everyone. You will learn the Ginga, our foundational swinging step, which keeps your body fluid and relaxed. * **Music is Essential:** You cannot have Capoeira without the music. We teach you to clap, sing in Portuguese, and play traditional instruments like the Berimbau. This is not background noise; it is the heartbeat that guides the energy of the room. * **For Every Level:** Whether you are planning a team-building event or just curious about a new skill, we adapt the session to you. You do not need to be flexible or have martial arts experience. Our instructors are there to make sure you feel comfortable, safe, and part of the tribe by the end of the session. * **Where We Go:** We bring the mats, the instruments, and the Brazilian energy to your office, community event, or studio in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
