Been into Capoeira since I was 14, it’s basically shaped my whole life. Not just kicks and flips, it’s like a dance, a chat, a game. Our classes? Bit chaotic, super fun, always about finding your own flow. We jam on the berimbau, sing in Portuguese, and strangers turn into family in the Roda. That Axé (energy), that’s what keeps us coming back. ### My work - **Capoeira classes for all ages**: We teach Capoeira for kids, adults, and total beginners.
