Activities like guided horse riding in our arenas provide a unique way for colleagues to bond and develop new skills outside the office environment.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/fa31c18b-0e69-4ee8-b38f-f5de9aa24146) ## About Corporate Retreats & Team Building When your team arrives, the office hierarchy tends to melt away. Whether it is learning basic riding skills together or just walking through our Aravali trails, the shared challenge of handling a horse builds trust and communication in a way that typical trust-fall exercises just cannot replicate. ### Why bring your team here? Most corporate off-sites involve sitting in another hotel boardroom, just in a different location. At CanterWoods, we do the opposite. We want you to get your team out of their heads and into the outdoors. **The Horse Advantage** Horses are incredibly intuitive animals. They react to your body language and confidence, making them perfect teachers for leadership and non-verbal communication. When a team has to work together to guide a horse or manage a group ride, the barriers between departments often break down naturally. It is an equalizer that works for everyone from junior staff to senior management. **Our Setup** We have 4.5 acres of space near Gwal Pahari that feels a world away from the city. * **Activities:** Beyond riding, we can facilitate group interaction sessions, nature walks, and even informal 'meet and greet' sessions with our horses and friendly farm animals. * **Food & Logistics:** We offer flexibility for catering. Our in-house cafe serves wood-fired pizzas and snacks, and we can arrange full meals for larger groups. * **Amenities:** We have private areas for team huddles, clean washrooms, and plenty of parking. If you want a session that is low-stress, high-engagement, and actually fun, come visit us to see the space. We are just 10 minutes from Golf Course Road and ready to help you plan a day that your team will actually talk about on Monday morning. ## About CanterWoods We are the team behind CanterWoods. We believe the best work happens when people get out of their heads and into nature, and we have built this space specifically to make that easy for corporate groups.
