Our handlers walk alongside every group to guide the horses, and we provide all safety gear, including helmets. It is a 90-minute ride, so wear comfortable clothes and shoes you do not mind getting a little dusty. The Aravalli trails are a stark, beautiful contrast to the concrete jungle of Gurgaon. Whether you are looking for a morning escape or a sunset ride, we take you through sandy paths and rocky inclines that feel worlds away from the city. Our safaris are designed to be accessible. We use well-trained Thoroughbreds and Warmbloods, and our team ensures you have the support you need, whether you are a seasoned rider or a first-timer who has never sat on a horse. The terrain changes from open, dusty plains to tree-lined forest paths, making every ride different depending on the trail we take. ### What to expect on the trail * **Safety First:** Our NCC-trained staff monitors the trails and weather conditions to ensure safety. Beginners are never left alone and always have a handler leading the horse. * **The Experience:** This is an active experience. You are not just sitting there; you are engaging with the animal. We encourage riders to take a moment to pause, breathe, and actually see the landscape. * **Timing:** We recommend early morning or late afternoon slots for the best lighting and cooler weather, especially if you plan on taking photos along the way. This is not just about the riding; it is about that raw, 'bahut badhiya' feeling of being outdoors. We keep the groups intimate so everyone gets personalized attention. If you are planning a group outing or a weekend catch-up with friends, just let us know, and we can organize a ride that fits your schedule. ## About CanterWoods We built CanterWoods to be the escape we always wanted—an oasis just 10 minutes from Golf Course Road.
