Your team will not just ride, but learn to guide, coordinate, and trust their horses under the supervision of our NCC-trained instructors, ensuring a safe yet challenging environment for everyone from hesitant beginners to seasoned riders. Our facility near Gwal Pahari provides a refreshing departure from the usual hotel ballroom offsites. When you bring your team here, we start with a safety briefing and basic commands, ensuring everyone feels comfortable before stepping into the arena or heading out onto the trails. This activity involves controlled exercises that require the group to stay in sync, rather than just leisurely riding. Whether you are planning a small leadership retreat or a larger departmental team-building day, the open space of our 4.5-acre farm allows for breakout sessions, picnic lunches, and downtime away from screens. We handle the logistics of horse allocation and handler support so your team can focus on connecting with each other and the horses. For companies looking to extend the day, we can integrate these rides with other onsite activities or casual dining setups in our forest clearing. ## About CanterWoods I built CanterWoods to be the escape I always wanted, a place where the city noise fades away the moment you step onto the dirt. My team and I focus on the basics of horsemanship, keeping it real and safe, so you can stop worrying about the presentation and start focusing on the moment.
