When I cater, I finish dishes like the Vodka Pasta or Arrabbiata live on-site, ensuring the steam is still rising when it hits the plate. You are not getting reheated trays, but rather a hot, restaurant-quality experience brought directly to your venue. Pasta is the heart of a good gathering. When I cook for your events across Delhi NCR, I skip the shortcuts. Whether it is the Rigatoni with spicy Arrabbiata or my signature Linguine with Yuzu Butter and Salmon Carpaccio, the focus is on depth of flavour and the right bite. I believe in the Italian philosophy of using a few high-quality ingredients to create something memorable. My risotto is not just rice, but a creamy, slow-stirred foundation topped with ingredients like wild mushrooms and fried basil for that essential crunch. For larger parties, I bring the full live experience. My Parmesan Wheel station is a guest favourite, allowing me to finish the pasta right in front of your crowd. It is theatrical and deeply comforting, turning the food service into a highlight of the event. If you are planning an intimate dinner or a larger celebration, let me know your headcount early. Fresh pasta takes time to prep, and I like to give every batch the attention it deserves.
