I bring the entire mobile kitchen into your home or event space, so you get the restaurant experience without the mess or the stress. When I set up for an event, my goal is to recreate the energy of my kitchen at home. These photos represent the heart of what I do—the dishes that people talk about long after the music stops. ### Why these dishes stand out * **The Wood-Fired Experience:** Bringing a real wood-fired oven to your party changes everything. You get that authentic blistered crust and the scent of oak smoke that you just cannot fake with a home oven. It makes for a great visual focal point, too. * **The Parmesan Wheel:** This is more than just dinner. When I flambé pasta in a giant wheel of Italian cheese right in front of your guests, it creates a moment of theatre. It works perfectly for weddings, anniversaries, or any gathering where you want the food to be a conversation starter. * **Beyond the Classics:** While my roots are in Naples, I like to play. You will see items like my soft-shell crab tacos or fish tacos on the menu. They add a bit of fun and contrast to the traditional Italian spread, which keeps the palate interested throughout the evening. ### Making it work for you Whether you are planning a small birthday in South Delhi or a larger festive bash at a local venue, I bring the ingredients and the expertise to handle it. I work with high-grade disposables or can help coordinate with your venue for crockery.
