Our team cues the audio, video, and lighting transitions live, so your performers aren't left waiting for a mic or a background track. We bring our own consoles and experienced technicians to ensure the production rhythm perfectly matches the student choreography. We provide full-scale production for school annual days that covers more than just the equipment. This includes high-definition P3 or P4 LED video walls, intelligent lighting rigs, and professional line array sound systems. We know that in a school setting, reliability is the priority. That is why our packages include a 62.5 kVA generator for power backup, so your show continues without a hitch regardless of venue limitations. Our approach is built on detailed coordination. We work with school leadership and choreographers to understand the specific flow of the event. Whether you need headset mics for a drama production or specific color washes for a dance performance, we configure the DMX lighting and sound console to match every cue. If your venue lacks a green room or proper changing facilities, we provide pipe and drape partitioning to create a professional backstage area. We handle the load-in, setup, show execution, and the final load-out, leaving the venue exactly as we found it. ## About Cakra Events We are Cakra Events, a team that turns school annual days into smooth, professional productions.
