My team manages everything from laying down the synthetic race tracks and installing pagoda tents for spectators to ensuring the PA system and audio console are ready for commentary, ensuring the day flows smoothly for everyone involved. Organizing a successful sports day requires more than just a ground; it requires precise execution. Whether you are running a preschool sports meet with sensory obstacle courses or managing a competitive tournament for older students, the infrastructure has to be safe and functional. ### What We Handle * **Track & Field Logistics:** We provide artificial turf strips and professional-grade synthetic carpet for race tracks. We use rope and pole cordoning to maintain safety for both toddlers and older participants. * **Spectator Infrastructure:** Comfort is key. We set up 10x10 ft white Pagoda canopy tents to provide shade for guests, first aid stations, and seating for parents. We arrange seating in audience rows to ensure clear views of the field. * **Audio & Announcing:** An event is only as good as its sound. We deploy outdoor PA systems, including JBL or Yamaha speakers on stands, and provide a dedicated technician to manage the console for fanfares and background scores. Wireless microphones are standard so the commentary remains uninterrupted. ### Our Approach We have experience working in diverse environments, from school grounds to tech parks like Manyata and campuses like IIM Bangalore. My team handles the heavy lifting, which includes: * **Branding:** Installation of backdrops, directional standees, and entrance arches to build school spirit. * **Activity Zones:** For younger groups, we demarcate areas using picket fencing and provide safety mats for infant play zones. * **Power & Tech:** For larger events requiring stage production, we provide silent generators and LED video walls for a full-scale broadcast experience. We work within your budget, whether you need a basic ground setup or a full production for a large school community. ## About Cakra Events I take the stress of logistics off your plate by handling everything from race track setup to audio systems.
