You are watching our chefs frost layers and pull golden bakes from the oven in real-time. This open-kitchen transparency is our promise that nothing you take home has been sitting on a shelf since yesterday. ### Why We Bake Live We started Cakewala back in 2011 with a simple belief. You should know exactly what goes into your food and how fresh it really is. By keeping our kitchen operations visible at many of our locations, we invite you to see the process behind your favorite treats. It is not just about the final product, but the skill and care that goes into every puff, bun, and pastry. ### Freshness You Can See From the moment the dough hits the trays to the final decoration on our custom cakes, you can witness the action. We use this setup to ensure that: * **Nothing is stale:** Because we bake in batches throughout the day, the bread you buy is often warm from the oven. * **Hygiene is paramount:** An open kitchen means we have nothing to hide. You can see the clean, professional environment where our team works. * **Customization happens fast:** Need a celebration cake in a hurry? Our team can craft standard cakes in as little as 30 minutes, right in front of you. ### More Than Just Cakes While our signature custom cakes are popular for birthdays and anniversaries, our live counters also serve up hot savory snacks. Whether it is our legendary Aloo Dahi Puff or a freshly baked Paneer Tikka Roll, the quality remains consistent. If you are in Jayanagar, RT Nagar, or HSR Layout, stop by to see what is baking today. Grab a quick snack, watch the team work, and take home something fresh for your family. ## About Cakewala We are Cakewala, and baking fresh for you in Namma Bengaluru since 2011 has been our favorite job. We keep our kitchen doors open because we believe you should see exactly how your treats are made. Whether it is a quick puff or a celebration cake, we put our heart into every single layer.
