This ensures your cake stays moist and delicious while maintaining that clean, sophisticated finish—perfect for events where you want both style and taste. When you want a cake that feels timeless, the details matter. Whether it is a vintage heart-shaped cake for a birthday or a floral frame design for an anniversary, I spend extra time on the piping and texture to get it just right. ### Why I Love Elegant Designs My approach to these cakes is simple: keep it light and focus on the craftsmanship. By using whipped cream and ganache rather than thick fondant covering, the cake tastes better and is much easier to slice and serve. It is all about clean lines, subtle color palettes, and thoughtful accents like gold foil or fresh florals. ### Customization for Your Event I work closely with you to match the cake to your event's vibe. If you have a specific color theme or a style like the popular vintage 'Lambeth' piping, I can bring that to life. I also integrate edible photo toppers or cardstock cutouts for birthdays, ensuring the cake looks sophisticated without losing that personal touch. ### Freshly Baked in Borivali Every cake is baked to order at my kitchen in Chikuwadi. Whether you are hosting a small party or a large celebration in Borivali or nearby Kandivali, my goal is to deliver a cake that looks beautiful when it arrives and tastes fresh when you cut it. If you have an idea for a design that is a bit different, send me a message and let's talk about how to make it happen. ## About Cake Story I'm Manali, the baker behind Cake Story in Chikuwadi. I believe a cake should be the focal point of your event, so I put my heart into perfecting the details—whether it's vintage piping or fresh floral placements—to make your day look special.
