Since these cakes often involve delicate fondant work or tall structures, I personally manage the setup and transportation to ensure it arrives at your venue looking exactly as we planned. Planning an engagement, Roka, or anniversary is all about capturing a specific moment in your life. Whether you are looking for a sophisticated two-tier cake with fresh flowers and gold leaf or a fun, interactive pull-me-up design to surprise your partner, I am here to help. I offer both eggless and egg-based sponges, ensuring that your specific requirements are met without compromising on the taste or the finish. My process starts with your vision. If you have a specific couple caricature in mind or want to incorporate traditional Maharashtrian elements into your Roka cake, we can discuss the design, colors, and flavor profiles during our initial chat. I know how important these milestones are, which is why I do not just bake—I build. From securing delicate toppers to managing the internal structure for multi-tier cakes, I take care of the stability and transport, so you can focus on the celebration. Serving Borivali, Kandivali, and surrounding areas, I ensure that your cake is fresh, stable, and ready to be the center of your event. Let us talk about your theme, the guest size, and the story you want to tell with your cake. ## About Cake Story Hi, I'm Manali. I believe every love story deserves a cake that is as unique as the couple, which is why I put so much heart into every detail—from the hand-molded couple caricatures to the delicate piping. Let's create something meaningful for your big day.
