Whether I am doweling a heavy two-tier wedding cake for a long delivery or balancing the mechanics for a rotating birthday showstopper, I build everything in my kitchen to survive the Mumbai heat and travel safely. Creating a custom cake is about precision and patience. When you order a theme cake, it is not just baking; it is structural engineering. For my rotating tiered cakes, I ensure the internal battery-operated mechanics are perfectly balanced with the weight of the sponge so the LED lights and the rotation work smoothly without any wobbles or instability. Being based in Borivali, I have mastered the art of transporting delicate creations across Mumbai. Whether it is a 16km trip for an engagement cake or a quick delivery in Kandivali, I use specialized stability systems like dowels and heavy-duty 12mm drum boards to make sure the design survives the traffic. My process starts with your story. If you want a Vada Pav cake or a hyper-realistic Surmai Fry design, I spend hours crafting those textures from fondant to make them look authentic. My piping work for Spider-Man webs or floral borders is done by hand, and I always test the structural integrity before the cake is boxed up. It is not just sugar; it is hard work. If you have a specific vision, let us discuss the feasibility of the structure and the delivery logistics before we start. ## About Cake Story I'm Manali, and my kitchen is where the magic happens. I don't just bake cakes; I build edible stories that match your specific theme, whether it's a funny retirement gift or a grand wedding center-piece.
