I bake them in small batches to ensure the texture stays moist, and I pack them in those festive red Christmas tree boxes so they arrive ready to be served or gifted right away. Christmas is my favorite time of year because it gives me a reason to go all out with spices, fruits, and colors. When I am baking these treats, the whole kitchen smells like the holiday season. ### Why my festive bakes are different I do not just throw fruit into a batter and call it a day. My plum cakes are marinated and baked to be rich and dense, perfect for sharing with family or having with a warm cup of tea on a chilly evening. You will notice the difference in quality immediately—no dry, store-bought crumb here. ### Festive cupcakes for your party If you are hosting, my holiday cupcakes are the quickest way to bring the season to your table. I use red and green buttercream to create wreaths, snowflakes, and festive patterns that look just as good as they taste. They are popular for school events, office parties, or just as a fun surprise for kids. ### How to get your hands on them I offer these treats throughout the festive season for pickup at my store in Chikuwadi, Borivali West, or via delivery within 3km of Borivali and Kandivali. If you are planning a larger holiday get-together, please reach out a few days early. I often take custom requests for gift hampers, where I can mix these plum cakes with my brownies or chocolate tubs, especially if you need something to present to friends or colleagues. If you have a specific message or a customized card you want included, just let me know when we chat. ## About Cake Story I’m Manali.
