Whether we are hand-piping individual buttercream petals on a floral cake or precisely sculpting a fondant superhero figurine, every detail is crafted from scratch. We do not rely on mass-produced toppers; we sketch, sculpt, and layer to ensure your cake feels personal and looks exactly like the concept we discussed. Behind every cake that leaves our kitchen in Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj, or our other Delhi NCR locations, there is a dedicated process. It starts with your vision—maybe a wild 3D sculpted bag, a tiered anniversary masterpiece, or a simple, elegant cream cake for a birthday. We don't believe in shortcuts. For our signature 3D cakes, we use dense mud or pound cake bases because they provide the necessary structure for hand-carving shapes like cars, handbags, or animals. Our artistry isn't just about the flavor; it's about the texture and structure. We meticulously manage the consistency of our ganache for that perfect, glossy drip and ensure our buttercream is whipped to the right stability for those intricate, hand-piped roses. When you order a tiered cake, we ensure it is built with internal food-grade dowels and separator plates so it arrives at your party as stable as it is stunning. We know that celebration planning in a busy city like Delhi can be hectic, which is why we handle the logistical details, too. From heavy-duty, tall-box packaging that keeps your design safe during transit to providing clear instructions for cutting tiered creations, we aim to make your experience seamless. Whether it is a last-minute order requiring a 24-hour turnaround or a complex themed design that needs a few days of planning, we are here to make sure your celebration is exactly as you imagined. ## About Cakes of Angels We are the team behind Cakes of Angels.
