From the initial sponge layering to the final placement of each sugar daisy or fondant ruffle, every detail is done by hand to ensure your cake looks as personal as the story it is celebrating. ### How We Build Your Dream Cake Everything starts with your story. Whether it is an anniversary celebration in Chanakyapuri or a birthday in Vasant Kunj, we believe the process matters just as much as the final reveal. **The Foundation** We focus on structural integrity before aesthetics. For our tiered jubilee cakes, we use heavy-duty dowels and solid MDF drums. You do not have to worry about your cake leaning or collapsing during transport across Delhi NCR. If it is a custom figurine cake, we use dense sponges like mud cake or firm vanilla to hold the weight of the fondant without sagging. **The Artistic Touch** Our team treats every cake like a canvas. * **Hand-piping:** Whether it is the intricate floral borders in buttercream or the delicate ruffles on a multi-tier design, it is done manually. * **Fondant Work:** Our 3D figurines are hand-modeled. If you send us a reference of your pet or a specific outfit, we translate that into edible art. * **Finishing:** We use premium chocolates for our ganache drips and edible gold or silver leaf for that luxury finish on anniversary pieces. **Quality & Care** We avoid mass-produced additives. Our buttercream is whipped to the perfect consistency for piping, and our fondant is rolled to a thickness that balances texture with design. Every cake is packed with care, ensuring that the same love we put into the kitchen reaches your doorstep intact. ## About Cakes of Angels We are the Angels at Cakes of Angels, and for us, baking is not just a job—it is about being part of your story. Whether it is a birthday in New Friends Colony or a 50th anniversary in Chanakyapuri, we put our hearts into every swirl of buttercream.
