I turn classic Indian sweets like Rasmalai and Motichoor into layered dessert jars and cupcakes that are easy to serve, eggless, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. ## Photos and videos - ![My signature Indian fusion dessert jars are the perfect modern twist on classic sweets. I layer fluffy, eggless sponge with actual pieces of mithai like Gulab Jamun or Motichoor, balancing the sweetness with light cream so you get the right ratio in every single spoonful. I started creating these fusion desserts because I wanted to bridge the gap between traditional Indian sweets and the kind of modern, convenient desserts people actually want to eat at a party. Nobody wants a clunky, overly sweet mithai piece that leaves a mess on a plate. My jars and cupcakes are all about ease. Whether you are planning a Gudi Padwa celebration or a casual house party, these are ready to grab and go. You get the familiar comfort of Rasmalai or Kesar Peda, but in a format that feels fresh and exciting. Everything I bake in this category is 100% eggless and vegetarian, so you can serve them at any family event without worrying about dietary restrictions. I handle the full assembly in my Mulund kitchen. Because I use real, fresh mithai, I recommend giving me a little bit of notice for bulk orders so I can source the freshest ingredients and ensure the sponge is baked specifically for your event date. These aren't just sweet treats. They are a way to make traditional flavors fit perfectly into a modern celebration, and honestly, they usually disappear from the dessert table faster than the cake. ## About Cakes N Chemistry I'm Neha, and for me, baking is about blending nostalgia with what is trending.
