Whether you want a traditional rum-soaked plum cake or a custom New Year's treat, I handle all the details, from the fruit soaking process to the final decorative piping. The festive season is my favorite time to bake. When it comes to Christmas, my rich fruit cake is the star. I start the process early, soaking dry fruits in rum or brandy for up to four weeks to get that deep, authentic flavor. If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, I use concentrated orange and grape juices, so you get the same dense, moist texture without the spirits. Every loaf is finished with a generous layer of roasted cashews and an apricot glaze. For New Year's, I love getting creative with custom designs. Whether you want a simple 'Hello 2025' message, a cake topped with fresh strawberries, or a batch of fudgy brownies for your party, I can tailor it to your theme. I offer eggless options for all my cakes, so everyone can enjoy a slice. Because I bake everything fresh from my home kitchen, these treats are available in 500g and 1kg sizes. If you have a specific design in mind, like a Santa Claus theme or a custom message, just let me know. I deliver across Bangalore, so you can focus on the party while I handle the dessert. ## About Cakes And Kremes By Enza Hi, I'm Enza!
