In my kitchen, it is about the construction—carefully smoothing buttercream, hand-crafting fondant accents, and filling cupcakes with fruit jam centers before they get frosted. Everything you see here is done entirely by hand, right here in Bangalore. I am not a factory, and I do not use shortcuts. When you order a cake or cupcakes from me, you are getting something made in my home kitchen, start to finish. ### My Process My baking process starts with fresh, quality ingredients. Whether I am prepping eggless chocolate cupcakes or building a multi-tier structure, I take the time to get the texture right. * **The Foundation:** Every sponge is baked fresh to order. * **The Details:** From 2D fondant animal cutouts for kids' parties to delicate butterfly toppers for elegant events, I hand-make the decorations that bring your theme to life. * **The Setup:** For larger cakes, like a 5kg tiered special, I handle the assembly and often coordinate with event stylists to ensure the cake is set up perfectly at your venue in Bangalore. ### Why I Keep It Homemade I believe the joy of a cake is in the details you cannot get from a mass-produced, pre-frozen product. Because I work out of my own kitchen, I have the freedom to customize every part of your order. If you want a specific theme—be it Lego, Rapunzel, or a classic rosette design—I will work with you to make sure the final result is exactly what you imagined. If you have a wild idea, just tell me. I love experimenting in the kitchen. ## About Cakes And Kremes By Enza Hi, I’m Enza. Baking is my happy place, and yes, you will often find me doing a little dance while the oven preheats.
