### My story

Hi, I'm Enza. Baking? That's my happy place, honestly. Sometimes you'll find me doing a little dance before I start on a new cake. Started small, just me and my oven in Bangalore, trying to add a bit of sweetness to people’s lives. Every cake, big or tiny, is homemade - no shortcuts. I love seeing my cakes lighting up your celebrations, that’s what keeps me going.

### My work

- **Custom Cakes for Every Occasion**: I make customized cakes, themed, multi-tier, vintage Lambeth-style, wedding cakes, and even small bento cakes for every event.
- **My Sweet Spot, Elegant Wedding Cakes**: I especially love doing refined, tiered wedding cakes, Christian wedding cakes are my happy place, but any elegant celebration cake gets my best work.
- **Cream Cakes Only, No Fondant**: I work in whipped cream and buttercream. All my detail is piped work, printed toppers, fresh fruit, and pretty acrylic accents, so I'm not the right baker if you specifically want fondant figurines.
- **Trusted by Bangalore's Premium Party Planners**: A lot of my work comes through luxury and premium event planners across Bangalore who put my cakes in front of their own clients.
- **Send Me a Reference Photo**: I work best off a visual, send me a Pinterest pic, an Instagram save, or pick something from my page. That's how I ideate and quote your design.
- **Dummy Tiers for the Grand Look**: For weddings, I offer dummy tiers (thermocol inside, finished in cream) so you can get a taller cake without baking every tier as real cake.
- **All Eggless by Default**: Every cake on my menu is eggless. I bake from a FSSAI-certified kitchen in TC Palya, KR Puram.
- **Single Baker, One Order a Day**: I bake everything myself from scratch, so I take just one order per day. Please plan and check my date availability early.
