I specialize in Swiss buttercream, so I prefer to avoid heavy fondant usage to maintain that clean, creamy finish. If you are planning an event, please send a text with your date and theme so I can check my schedule before we start designing your cake. My approach to cake design is driven by texture and taste. Unlike mass-produced desserts, my work focuses on Swiss buttercream, which allows for intricate piping, smooth finishes, and a lightness that fondant simply cannot match. ### My Design Process Whether you are looking for a vintage Lambeth-style cake with frills and ribbons or a minimalist bow cake for a modern aesthetic, I approach each order as a piece of edible art. I love playing with seasonal flavours, such as my signature Italian Lemon & Blueberry, or experimenting with quirky, custom messages for bento cakes. ### Working with Me As a solo baker in Mumbai, I keep my process focused to ensure quality. This is why I have a strict text-only policy. It allows me to stay in the kitchen and keep my hands on the piping bag rather than on a phone. When you reach out, please include your event date, the number of guests, and any visual inspiration you have. I do not do same-day orders, so reaching out well in advance helps me accommodate your request and ensure your cake is ready on time.
