Most of my complex themed cakes involve on-site assembly, especially when we use spacers, LED lights, or floating tiers to bring the theme to life. Whether it is a space-themed rocket or a mermaid wonderland, I make sure the structure is as sturdy as it is delicious so it stays perfect for the big moment. Every birthday cake I create is a little piece of art designed to match the energy of the event. I focus on creating fully edible, detailed designs rather than relying solely on fondant. Whether you want a peach-coloured penguin winter wonderland or a multi-tiered butterfly garden, my goal is to ensure the design feels real and interactive. ### Why Structure Matters Whimsical cakes often involve height and unique elements. I use internal doweling, steel armatures for stability, and clear acrylic spacers to achieve gravity-defying looks like floating tiers. I personally handle the on-site assembly for these larger builds to guarantee everything looks exactly as planned when it reaches your venue in Delhi NCR. ### My Approach I keep everything 100% eggless to ensure everyone at your party can enjoy a slice. My go-to base is usually a high-stability ganache or light whipped cream, which helps the intricate shapes and decorations hold their form even during longer celebrations. ### How to Get Started 1. Share your theme: Send me the vibe, colours, or characters your child loves. 2. Consultation: We discuss the design and flavours. 3. Booking: Since these designs are handcrafted, please book 9 to 10 days in advance so I can give your cake my full attention. I love it when clients tell me to 'do my magic' because that is when I can truly experiment with textures and edible details to make your celebration memorable. ## About Cake'o'licious by Saloni I am Saloni, and for me, baking is all about those magical smiles.
