When you book, your cake gets my full focus for that week—from selecting the ingredients to the final hand-piped details. Since I pour so much care into every single tier, I usually need about 9-10 days notice to ensure your cake is exactly how you imagined it. 🥰 My process is not just about baking a cake. It is about crafting a centerpiece for your story. Whether it is a tiered wedding cake that needs on-site assembly or a whimsical jungle-themed birthday design, I start by understanding the emotion behind your event. I work exclusively with 100% eggless recipes, ensuring that quality never takes a backseat. You will see in my gallery how I manage textures, from the smooth ganache of a drip cake to the delicate floral piping on anniversary creations. For multi-tier cakes and structural designs, I use specialized internal supports, food-grade dowels, and sturdy packaging to ensure your centerpiece arrives in Delhi NCR in perfect shape. When you trust me with your event, you are not just getting a dessert. You are getting a piece of my kitchen, where flavors like Lindt ganache, strawberry cream cheese, and fresh fruit compote are balanced to be just right. If you have a specific vision, share it with me! I love using edible cut-outs, airbrushing, and hand-modeled figures to create something one-of-a-kind. Let us make some magic together. ✨ ## About Cake'o'licious by Saloni I’m Saloni, and to me, baking is more than just a recipe. It’s about bringing your happiest moments to life.
