This time lets me hand-model the specific characters your child loves, whether it is a fondant lion for a jungle theme or a precise edible print for a Cocomelon cake. You tell me the theme, and I will ensure the cake is as tasty as it is cute. Every kid’s birthday is a milestone, and I believe the cake should feel just as special as the day itself. I specialize in 100% eggless creations, meaning you never have to worry about the dietary needs of your guests or the little ones at the party. ### My Approach to Kids' Cakes I don’t just print an image on a cake and call it a day. I focus on the details that make kids go 'wow'. If your child is obsessed with dinosaurs, I’ll pipe the grass, add edible moss, and place handcrafted dino figures that look like they’ve walked right out of a storybook. For a Barbie or Princess theme, I use delicate floral piping, butterflies, and custom color palettes to match the vibe perfectly. ### Flavors & Finishes - **Ganache or Cream:** Choose based on your preference. Ganache gives a smooth, premium finish, while whipped cream is light and nostalgic. - **Freshness:** I use high-quality sponges and homemade fruit compotes. Popular picks for kids include Chocolate Mousse (a massive hit) or Vanilla Fresh Fruit for something lighter. - **Safe & Sturdy:** Especially for tiered cakes or structural themes like 'Cars' or 'Barbie', I use food-grade dowels and internal support to ensure the cake reaches your venue safely. ### How We Start We can go with a classic theme you’ve seen elsewhere, or you can just tell me, 'Saloni, do your magic.' I love when parents trust me with the design. Just remember that for complex fondant figures or multi-tier setups, the 9-10 day buffer is vital so I can source the right toppers and give the drying time needed for the figurines. ## About Cake'o'licious by Saloni I’m Saloni, and I truly believe every cake I bake is a centerpiece for your happiest moments.
