When I am given this creative freedom, I step away from standard replicas and focus on elements that feel personal—like using edible cut-outs instead of fondant for jungle themes, or hand-painted details for wedding cakes. Whether it is a grand 5-tier anniversary centerpiece or a delicate burn-away cake, I don't just bake; I craft a focal point for your celebration. Every cake I create from my West Delhi kitchen starts with a story. In this collection, you will see a mix of structural engineering and artistic flair. ### Why my featured cakes are different: * **On-Site Artistry:** For large weddings and anniversary milestones, I personally assemble tiered cakes at your venue. This ensures the structure, floral arrangements, and lighting are perfect when your guests arrive. * **Edible Innovation:** I love moving beyond standard fondant. For my jungle-themed cakes, I use detailed edible prints and cut-outs that look vibrant and clean, providing a smoother finish without the heaviness of thick fondant layers. * **Trending & Traditional:** Whether you want the viral burn-away mechanism for a birthday reveal or a classic, floral-heavy tier cake, I handle the technical setup. I use food-grade dowels and internal supports for all my large designs, so you don't have to worry about transport or display. Everything I bake is 100% eggless. I work with premium couverture chocolates for my ganache, which gives that sharp, professional finish you see in these photos. If you have a specific theme in mind—like a hobby you are passionate about or a memory you want to recreate—send me a message. Let's design something that truly belongs to your story. ## About Cake'o'licious by Saloni Hi, I’m Saloni.
