## About Custom Themed Cakes & Desserts

### How I See Cakes

For me, a cake is more than something sweet on the table. It's a story - your story - shown through colours, shapes, and little details. I like figuring out what makes your occasion special and turning those ideas into edible art. Sometimes, it's a big concept like the Dharmasthapane cake. Other times, it's just a doodle you share. Both are equally fun for me to try.

### Let’s Make It Together

You bring your vision. Maybe it's just a mood, a Pinterest board, or even a meme. I’ll work with you, explain what’s doable (fondant can be a bit stubborn sometimes!), and help shape your ideas. The final cake should feel like yours, not just another generic design.

### Styles I Love

I keep coming back to these styles:
- Personalized storybook cake with quirky characters
- Traditional Indian ceremony cake (Seemantham, Half-Saree, Naming)
- Sculpted objects - shoes, mugs, even work desks
- Elegant classic cakes with sugar flowers

### Special Touches

Handmade figurines are my thing. I can make them look like you, your pet, or anyone you want. I also love hand-painting fondant desserts - it’s personal and feels like therapy to me. If you love delicate, wired flowers or crazy 3D shapes, I’m game for that too.

### More Than Just Cake

Need a full dessert setup? I can make custom cookies, themed cupcakes, cakesicles, baked donuts, macarons, brownies - all matching your theme.

### Practical Bits

Every cake is handmade from scratch, so I need a heads-up - at least a week. Pickup is from my studio in Malleswaram, Bangalore. That way, it reaches you in perfect shape.

And ya, I’m slowly mastering Sakkare Acchu (sugar figurines) just like my Ajji did. Keeping those traditions alive makes my work extra special.

## Meet your expert

[Namita Baindoor](https://mytribe.in/cakeiteasybangalore)

### My story

Started Cake It Easy in 2013, right here in Malleswaram. I’m always excited when clients trust me with their special days – those details matter to me! Sometimes, I get wild requests, like a cake showing two worlds at once, or a 99th birthday. I even geek out over traditional sweets like Sakkare Acchu for Sankranti. And yes, finally using that music note cutter for a karaoke cake? Felt oddly victorious.

### My work

- **Custom Cakes & Desserts**: I make custom story cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons, and full dessert tables for all events.
- **Handmade Figurines & Details**: All cake figurines are handmade by me - people, characters, even emotions. Not a fondant fan? I use cookies or chocolate toppers.
- **Workshops**: I run hands-on fondant modelling workshops for anyone who wants to try their hand at cake art.
- **Local Touch & Traditions**: Love adding Bengaluru flavour - Kannada birthday cakes, Sakkare Acchu for Sankranti, and lots of Seemantham cakes.
- **Pick-up & Cake Care**: Everything’s made in Malleswaram for pick-up. Please keep your car AC on, especially in summer - these cakes are delicate!
