This structural planning is why I require a 5 day lead time for most designs, as it ensures your cake remains stable and fresh from my studio to your venue. ### The Art of the Process Many of you ask how I manage to get those crisp edges on whipped cream cakes or create smooth drip effects. It is not just about the ingredients. It is about patience and temperature control. Whether I am piping a fault line for a theme cake or hand-carving a sculpted masterpiece, each step is planned to maintain the structural integrity of the cake. ### Why Technical Details Matter When you look at the process videos here, you might notice I focus heavily on the 'crumb coat' and cooling stages. This is standard practice in my Bengaluru studio. If you are ordering a tall double-barrel cake or a sculpted design, I use internal food-grade dowels to keep it steady. This ensures that what you see in the photos is exactly how it arrives at your party, regardless of the Bengaluru weather. ### My Customization Approach I treat every order as a new project.
