When I bring those same standards to your event, I am not just making a dessert, I am engineering a centerpiece that handles heat and travel while keeping the tiny details flawless. When I entered the Cakeology 2024 competition, I did not just want to make a pretty cake. I wanted to tell a story. My 'One Tier Wonder' entry, featuring characters like Elsa, Pikachu, and a mermaid, required two sleepless nights of meticulous sculpting and structural planning. That blue ribbon is a symbol of the precision I aim for in every order, whether it is a small birthday treat or a grand, kinetic cake for a large event. My approach to your cake is identical to how I approached the judges. I use stable, sharp-edge ganache or semi-fondant finishes that stand up to Bangalore's climate. Because I specialize in fully eggless cakes, I have spent years perfecting flavor profiles that hold their own in premium sponges like Chocolate, Vanilla, and Red Velvet. If you are looking for a cake artist who cares as much about the internal support and engineering as the final look, we will get along just fine. From anti-gravity illusions to spinning tiers, the techniques I honed for the competition stage are the same ones I use for your family celebrations. You get the benefit of that R&D, and the peace of mind knowing that your cake is designed to be the focal point of your table. Reach out if you have a wild idea you think is impossible; I probably have a way to make it edible. ## About CakeBel by Roma Hi, I'm Roma.
