I use hidden internal engineering to make your wildest themes stand at impossible angles, creating a true showstopper for your event. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This anti-gravity cake is one of my signature illusion designs. Every anti-gravity or topsy-turvy cake I build uses a food-grade, custom-fitted armature—a skeleton hidden inside the cake—to keep the structure stable and safe. It takes significant planning, so I always discuss the design feasibility with you first to ensure the physics works as perfectly as the flavour. When you want a cake that makes guests stop and ask how it stays up, we are moving into engineering territory. These are not standard stacked tiers. Whether it is a topsy-turvy carnival theme with tilted layers or a character figurine holding up a castle, I design the internal support system specifically for your chosen weight and height. ### The Process Because these cakes require structural design, I start with a detailed sketch based on your idea. We need to account for balance, gravity, and the number of guests. Since I am based in Electronic City but deliver across Bangalore, I personally oversee the white-glove setup for these larger 5kg+ showstoppers to ensure they arrive exactly as planned. ### Why Choose These Designs? - **100% Eggless:** Even with complex structural armatures, the cake remains completely eggless and moist. - **Physics-Defying:** I use internal metal or PVC armatures for stability, allowing for the anti-gravity illusion. - **Interactive Moments:** These designs are built for impact, perfect for milestone birthdays or large celebrations where the dessert table needs to be the centre of attention. ### A Note on Planning These cakes are labour-intensive. A single design can take days of preparation for the sugar work alone. If you have a specific date in mind, please reach out as early as possible. Let’s create something that looks like magic, built on solid engineering. ## About CakeBel by Roma I'm Roma.
