My bombolonis are yeast-raised, meaning they are incredibly light and airy on the inside. Because I bake these fresh on pre-order only, you get that perfect crisp exterior dusted with sugar, filled to the brim with warm Nutella, Biscoff, or dark chocolate ganache right before it hits your box. ### Why Bombolonis? If you have not tried a real Italian-style bomboloni, you are missing out. Unlike regular ring donuts, these are round, fluffy pillows of dough without a hole. The magic is in the ratio—a thin, crisp, sugar-dusted shell yielding to a massive molten core of filling. I believe that if you are going to treat yourself, it needs to be worth every single calorie. That is why I do not use premixes or shortcuts in my kitchen. ### My Process Every batch starts from scratch. I proof the yeast dough until it is light enough to float, then I fry it in small batches to ensure that distinct golden-brown crunch. When you order, I do not just pick something off a shelf. I pipe the filling—whether it is the rich Nutella Hazelnut, the caramelized Lotus Biscoff, or my signature dark chocolate ganache—directly into the center so you get a gooey surprise in every bite. ### Ordering Info Because these are homemade and 100% eggless, I need a little heads-up. I do not mass-produce, so your order gets my full attention. Whether you need a box of six for a weekend movie marathon or a larger batch for a celebration, just let me know in advance. These are not meant to sit in a display case for hours; they are meant to be eaten while the sugar is still crisp and the filling is at its best. If you have a specific flavor request or want a mix of fillings, just drop me a message and we can sort it out. ## About Crazyy Vibes Hi, I am the face behind Crazyy Vibes!
