Because I bake these in small batches in my Pitampura kitchen, they stay fresh and crisp without needing any preservatives. I treat my kitchen like a sacred space, which is why I never use maida or white sugar in my bakes. When I started, my goal was simple: creating desserts that fit a healthy lifestyle without compromising on that post-meal satisfaction. - My banana oats brownies are a go-to for those who want something fudgy. Instead of butter and refined flour, I rely on ripe bananas and rolled oats to build the base. They are dense, rich, and loaded with walnuts for that crunch. - The wholewheat chocolate delight cookies are made in small batches to keep the texture perfect. I use whole wheat flour and natural sweeteners like desi khand, finishing them with a chocolate button for that bit of indulgence. If you are in Delhi NCR, you can pick these up from my home kitchen in Pitampura or order for delivery. They are perfect as a tea-time snack or a mid-day energy boost. Since I do not use preservatives, they stay best when kept in an airtight container for a few days. If you have specific dietary needs, just let me know and we can discuss the ingredients. ## About CakeArt by Kajal Hi, I am Kajal.
