Whether it is my whole wheat jaggery cake or flourless brownies, I use real ingredients like dates and oats to get that perfect, moist texture without the sugar crash. You will be surprised how much like a traditional dessert these treats actually taste. I believe baking is a form of celebration. Every item I bake in my Pitampura kitchen is 100% eggless and crafted to prove that you do not need maida or refined sugar to enjoy a truly decadent dessert. ### My Baking Philosophy When you order a whole wheat jaggery cake or my banana oats brownies, you are getting something baked fresh. I replace refined sugar with jaggery or dates and swap maida for whole wheat flour or oats. The result is a dense, rustic texture that feels wholesome and satisfying rather than airy or artificial. ### Custom Hampers and Gifting Beyond the daily bakes, I specialize in curated hampers. Whether it is Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, or just a thoughtful birthday surprise, I assemble boxes featuring a mix of my best-sellers like date almond butter cookies and wholewheat chocolate delights. These are popular for corporate gifting or family occasions when you want to send something meaningful. ### Ordering and Delivery I deliver within a 7km radius of Pitampura and throughout Delhi NCR, and I can ship select hampers across India. Since everything is made fresh in my home kitchen, please reach out at least a day in advance for custom orders so I can ensure everything is perfectly baked for your special moment. ## About CakeArt by Kajal I am Kajal, and my kitchen in Pitampura is my happy place.
