I ensure the sponge is generous with the milk mixture without turning mushy, so you get that perfect, creamy bite every time. Whether it is the seasonal mango or my festive Thandai, these are crafted to be enjoyed immediately, just like a little celebration in a tub. I started making these individual desserts because sometimes you don't need a whole cake, you just need a perfect, bite-sized moment of joy. Every single item here is made by me in my Pitampura kitchen, and I treat every tub or jar as a small project of love. ### My Signature Individual Treats - **Tres Leches Tubs:** These are one of my favourites to make. I create them in seasonal flavours, like fresh mango during the summer or my special Thandai spice blend for Holi. The texture is key here, and I make sure the sponge absorbs the milk just right before I top it with fresh whipped cream and nuts. - **Chocolate Truffle Cake Jars:** These are your go-to for portable indulgence. I layer my moist chocolate cake with a rich truffle ganache in a jar, making it easy to carry or gift. They stay fresh for days and are perfect for keeping in the fridge for when those late-night sugar cravings hit. ### Quality & Hygiene Everything is 100% eggless. I don't use preservatives, so these are best enjoyed fresh. Since I run this as a home-based setup, I focus on small batches rather than mass production. This means when you order, I am likely prepping your dessert specifically for that request. ### Delivery & Pickups If you are in the Pitampura area, I deliver within a 7km radius, or you can opt for a quick pickup. For those looking for gifts, these jars and tubs work great as part of a custom hamper for birthdays or small office celebrations. Just let me know your requirements, and I can suggest the best combinations based on the season. ## About CakeArt by Kajal Hi, I am Kajal!
