I do not use shortcuts, so you get a dense, gooey texture that stays soft for days. If you are picking these up from Billu's Hut, they are usually ready to grab, but for larger orders, I suggest giving me a day of notice so I can bake your batch fresh. My NYC-style cookies are all about the texture. Think thick, chunky, and packed with fillings like Nutella or premium chocolate chunks. Because I bake from home in Pitampura, I control exactly what goes in. Everything here is 100% eggless, so whether you are vegetarian or just prefer eggless, you are covered. I love experimenting with formats, too. My flower-shaped cookie bouquets are a hit for gifting, and I have a whole range of healthier options using whole wheat and jaggery if you want a treat without the refined sugar. ### What to expect when you order * **Freshness:** I do not keep massive stocks. Most orders are baked after you request them to ensure you get that 'just out of the oven' taste. * **Local Pickup:** You can grab ready-made boxes at Billu's Hut in NSP, but for customized hampers, I deliver within 7km of Pitampura and across the Delhi NCR region. * **Customization:** Need a bulk order for a corporate event or a small mix for a tea party? Tell me, and I will pack a box that fits your budget and taste preferences perfectly. ## About CakeArt by Kajal Hi, I am Kajal. I run my bakery right out of my home in Pitampura, usually with my daughter nearby. These cookies are my way of sharing what I love, so I make sure every batch is as rich and loaded as the ones I would bake for my own family.
