I use high-quality Van Houten cocoa for a rich, deep chocolate flavor, and because I bake in small batches, every box you receive is prepared fresh. You get that same quality whether you are ordering a simple box for chai time or a customized brownie celebration cake for a birthday. ### Why My Brownies Are Different I believe that eggless baking should never mean compromising on texture. My brownies are designed to be fudgy and indulgent, not cakey or dry. By controlling the temperature and the fat-to-cocoa ratio in my Pitampura kitchen, I ensure that signature 'melt-in-your-mouth' consistency that my regular clients love. ### The Flavor Menu I love playing with toppings to create contrast in every box. My standard menu includes: * **Classic Walnut:** A timeless favorite, packed with crunch. * **Nutella & Hazelnut:** For those who want something rich and creamy. * **Lotus Biscoff:** A sweet, caramelized treat that pairs beautifully with dark chocolate. * **Red Velvet Cheesecake:** A stunning marble effect with a tangy, cream cheese swirl. ### Customization for Every Occasion If you have a theme in mind, I can turn brownies into a full celebration cake. Whether it is for a birthday, anniversary, or a festive gift, I can decorate these slabs with piped frosting, personalized toppers, and chocolates. ### Healthy Choices For those watching their health, I also bake banana oats brownies that replace maida (refined flour) and butter with healthier alternatives, without losing that satisfying chocolatey bite. ### Delivery & Pick-up I deliver across Delhi NCR. If you are nearby in Pitampura or passing by NSP, you can also coordinate for a quick pick-up from Billu's Hut. Please place your orders in advance so I can ensure everything is baked fresh for your specific slot. ## About CakeArt by Kajal I’m Kajal, and baking these brownies feels like a form of art to me.
